Description
Key job responsibilities
- Responds quickly and accurately to questions from front line employees.
- Ensures that employee documentation is complete and accurate
- Supports with weekly payroll processing
- Supports with internal and external recruitment
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for frontline leaders, escalates as appropriate.
- Provides training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to front line employees and Leaders.
- Creates and distributes standard communications
- Audits and analyses key findings within HR metrics and employee facing spaces onsite.
- Leads process improvement initiatives.
- Develops suggestions for improvements to maximise value of resources.
- Performs project tasks as directed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service Experience
Administration Experience
Microsoft Office products and applications experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Human resources experience and/or Human Resources Degree
Logistics/Warehousing/manufacturing experience
HRIS Experience

Location: Amazon Heathwood, QLD
Hours: Mon-Fri (5:00am-10:00am)
Placement: Casual Full-Time (potential to become permanent)
Payrate: $37.98/hr
