About the role:
The Country Housing Officer supports the Workforce Management directorate with the delivery of an end- to-end service to ensure that teachers and leaders relocating to our country schools are supported to locate appropriate quality accommodation and be connected to housing incentives and community services in country locations. This service supports the delivery of the Country Education Strategy 2021- 2028.
The Country Housing Officer is also responsible for liaising with key internal and external stakeholders associated with the relocation process.

Special conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
