Are you a skilled Industrial Automation Technician with a passion for Siemens PLC technology and the ability to share your knowledge?
We're seeking a hands-on expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take ownership of our automation systems while developing the skills of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting: Ensure seamless operation of our industrial automation systems, including robots, PLCs, and other automated machinery.
- Siemens PLC Expertise: Leverage your in-depth Siemens PLC knowledge to program, troubleshoot, and optimize our automation processes.
- Training and Development: Conduct engaging training sessions to transfer your automation and programming skills to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving and Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and implement automation solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Safety Focus: Adhere to strict safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record (ideally 3+ years) in industrial automation, with a strong emphasis on Siemens PLC systems.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with robotic systems and integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for explaining technical concepts.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a keen interest in continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD drawing to assist in automation design and modification
