The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We are seeking a proactive professional to oversee the maintenance management of multiple sites across several states.
In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensuring efficient maintenance services align with KPIs and budget expectations. You’ll coordinate technicians, contractors, and City resources to maintain safe, functional, and compliant facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance & Operations: Oversee daily maintenance activities, respond to urgent requests, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Contractor & Asset Management: Manage service providers and multiple supplier contracts while maintaining essential assets.
- Work Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure facilities adhere to OH&S standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Monitor maintenance budgets, analyse reports, and optimize spending without compromising quality.
- Continuous Improvement & Projects: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve facilities through lean methodologies.
To be considered for this role you will be/have:
- Certificate III or IV in Business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or property management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building services, including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, contracts, and suppliers efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
