Our Corporate Affairs and Marketing (CA&M) team have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to be part of the Build to Rent National Marketing team.
Based in our Melbourne office, this position offers a full time, 6-month fixed term contract role reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, Build to Rent with the possibility of extension.
What will you be doing?
You will drive an integrated marketing plan across a range of paid, earned and owned channels including media, events, leasing collateral, website, eDMs and public relations to generate strong market presence for the project and Lendlease to the target audience.
You’ll partner to drive leasing leads and conversion in collaboration with the property management and leasing team, building customer loyalty and play a key role in contributing to broader Build to Rent Marketing portfolio initiatives.

You have relevant tertiary qualifications supported by extensive experience in a similar role within the Property or Residential space

You have strong experience in stakeholder management

Digital marketing and developing content and customer engagement plans across the customer journey is your passion
