Anaconda, Australia's leading outdoor adventure retailer, is seeking a proactive and energetic Operations Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our in-store processes.
You'll be the backbone of our Store Operations Team, managing communications, streamlining promotional activities, and driving operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Communication Hub : Manage store communications and platforms, ensuring everyone's on the same page.
- Master Document Control: Maintain version control of critical systems and process documents.
- Power Up Promotions: Assist with promotions and new store setups, contributing to exciting in-store experiences.
- Optimize Ticketing: Streamline promotional ticket creation and distribution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings across store operations.
- Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers, influencing positive outcomes at all levels.
