About this Role

As a Hardware Engineer at EDMI , you will support the design, development, and enhancement of cutting-edge hardware solutions for the global energy market. Working closely with the Hardware Development Team Lead and your colleagues, you’ll help bring innovative products to life, ensuring reliability, performance, and continual improvement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative engineer with strong problem-solving skills who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. A willingness to learn and adapt, combined with excellent communication skills, will set you up for success in this role.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the design and development of hardware components and systems.
  • Prepare and review test plans and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Support problem-solving initiatives for existing designs and improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and apply learnings to projects.
  • Collaborate with global teams, occasionally outside of standard business hours.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Bring 1–3 years of relevant hardware development or related experience.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Show genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and innovation.
