Coachman’s Inn Warwick is looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our team for an immediate start. - Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s menu and standards.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu development, including creating new dishes and specials.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Adhere to workplace health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel, pub, or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and workplace health standards.
