We’re looking for a Team Co-ordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Operations & Technology Officer (COTO) Group Office including the Specialist Remediation Team.

This role plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the COO Group Office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, actioning people workflows, managing internal team communications, and acting as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, professional and confidential administrative support

  • Plan, coordinate, and support the daily activities of the Chief Operating Officer Group Office delivering a high standard of administrative support

  • Co-ordinate and manage Executives calendar including scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Arrange meetings, events and workshops

  • Prepare material for key meetings including agendas, presentations, reports, minutes and action items as required.

  • Preparing, collating and formatting documentation including reports, presentations and documents.

  • Process key workflow items including team changes, financial/budget matters and others as required.

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on business-as-usual activities and initiatives.

A bit about you:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated experience in prepared quality documentation including reports and presentations.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability in managing competing priorities in a professional manner.
