- IFA 7 | $120,276 per annum plus superannuation
- +4% salary increase effective 21 April 2025 (EB Agreement)
- $6,000 relocation bonus for suitable candidate
- + 5 days recreational leave
- +10-day fortnight

- Stream A Level 7 | $105,608 per annum plus superannuation
- +4% salary increase effective 21 April 2025 (EB Agreement)
- $6,000 relocation bonus for suitable candidate
- + 17.5% loading
- + 9-day fortnight

What your day will look like:
- Manage the installation, operation and development of asset and spatial systems.
- Lead and coordinate joint Assets and Spatial initiatives, projects and working groups with a focus on Tech1 EAM assets and spatial modules.
- Implement practices to maintain and enhance the accuracy and consistency of information held in GIS and integration with other client systems.
- Ensure the integrity of data from both internal and external sources.
- Develop and implement operational/business plans in line with Council’s corporate plan and departmental strategic plans.
- Train clients in the use of products, methods of operation, system use and broad GIS and spatial concepts.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Bachelor’s Degree) in Information Technology or Spatial Science, or equivalent industry experience.
- Highly developed people management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate staff within an information services environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and support of an asset management and/or spatial environment and projects.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills including the ability to plan, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed communication skills, specifically.
- Written: policies, guidelines and reports;
- Interpersonal: consult, partner, negotiate and interact effectively at all levels;
- People management: lead, motivate, coach and work as an active team participant.
- Commitment and experience in providing high quality customer service.
Qualifications & Licences:
- Current QLD Class C Driver's Licence.
