  • Stream A Level 7 - $109,832 per annum + superannuation
  • $6,000 relocation bonus for suitable candidate

What we are looking for:

As the Solution Architecture Coordinator, you'll ensure smart, consistent tech solutions across projects, aligning with business needs and long-term goals. You'll lead the design and implementation of sustainable, cost-effective application architectures, focusing on TechnologyOne ERP and Microsoft solutions. This role bridges project demands with enterprise-wide standards to ensure system interoperability, supportability, and strategic alignment.

What your day will look like:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and consultants to understand business requirements and develop technical design specifications where required.

  • Design and develop integrated technical solutions across corporate systems and interfaces, ensuring consistency and supportability.

  • Ensure solution components and enhancements are aligned with system architectures, strategies, policies, and standards.

  • Analyse and advise on the impact of technical choices on organisation-wide processes and functionality.

  • Conduct systems architecture evaluations and contribute to the improvement of enterprise architecture in collaboration with the Manager of Architecture and Governance.

  • Oversee and maintain solution design documentation , including traceability, architecture models, environment management plans, and security profiles.

What you’ll need for success:

  • High level of professional knowledge and demonstrated experience in the effective definition and delivery of corporate solutions, solutions architecture and architectural services delivery.
  • Demonstrated high level knowledge in the support, implementation, and configuration of the TechnologyOne ERP.
  • Highly demonstrated experience in business and systems analysis, problem resolution and support call management, project/change management, business process design and support, and vendor management processes.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with experience in report writing and data analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively as a senior team leader, part of a team, and commitment to ongoing learning and personal development including knowledge sharing.
  • Commitment to applying the principles and practices of excellent customer service to internal/external clients.

What’s nice to have:

  • Previous similar project leadership role
  • Significant previous experience in IT Applications Architecture roles
  • Working knowledge of Local Government
