Please note: this role requires local, large firm external audit experience, working rights and is for an immediate start in Melbourne.

The opportunity:
- Immediate start.
- Initial 3 month contract but extension may be available.
- A permanent role may also be available.
- Supporting the Head of Finance to deliver audit-ready financial statements and supporting documentation for several entities.
- Flexibility is available but there will be a learning period where most of the time will be spent in the office.
The Contractor:
- Immediately available.
- Able to travel to an inner-eastern suburb.
- Local audit experience - exposure to investment management would be ideal but is not essential.
- Ideally Manager or Senior Manager level but a strong Assistant Manager would be considered.
- Exposure to in-house accounting ideal but not essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working rights, ideally on-going but at least for the next 6 months.
- CA/CPA or equivalent.
