The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Liaison Officer, Charleville Western Qld, provides support and advice on the health pathways aimed at improving the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
