Job description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead the development of engaging lifestyle programs for our residents. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an annual activities plan in consultation with residents and the team, ensuring their interests and preferences are met. You will also compile and maintain comprehensive care plans and consumer profiles, documenting their participation and preferences.A key aspect of this role includes ensuring the comfort and safety of residents during lifestyle activities, both within the home and in external settings. Additionally, you will foster strong community connections by supporting residents' involvement with local groups and volunteers, promoting meaningful engagement beyond our home.
