Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer to join our local office in Cameron Park, NSW. About the Administration Support Officer Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated professional with strong administrative skills. Your primary role as an Administration Support Officer is to provide essential support to our team by managing daily operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.
What You Will Do:
- Manage calls, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle Accounts Payable.
- Scan, save and file delivery dockets, receipts and contracts.
- Process hardware orders, approve quotes, and co-ordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain office operations, including stationery orders, kitchen upkeep, and document shredding.
- Oversee vehicle servicing, fuel management and car kits.
- Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with social media and marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Support general administration and any other tasks as needed.
- All other administrative tasks as required.
What You Will Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work independently and collaboratively .
- Previous experience in administration, accounts, or office support (preferred but not essential).
- Confidence in using office software and scheduling tools .
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
