About the opportunity:
Position: Administration Support Officer
Vacancy: Permanent Part-time / 15.2 Hours per fortnight
Location: Rural Hospitals Executive Office / Rural Hospitals Service Group / Townsville
Provide quality administrative and secretarial support to the Rural Service Group (RSG) Executive team.
Your contributions will be valued and impactful.
Enjoy a generous remuneration package including:
Salary range: $38.81 to $43.16 per hour (AO3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications/ professional registration/ other requirements
Whilst not mandatory, prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating administration experience and advanced computer skills will be highly regarded.
Highly regarded: Possession of well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to effectively liaise and consult with other team members, internal and external clients, and maintain confidentiality.
Highly regarded: Knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, recruitment and selection processes and procedures, myHR payroll and rostering process and procedures for internal and external staff.
Driver's Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class 'C' motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
