✨ Competitive Salary: Earn between $34 - $40 per hour based on your experience, plus weekend penalty rates, superannuation , and generous commissions on retail products!
✨ Guaranteed Hours: We offer 38 hours per week with flexibility in days and hours so you can enjoy the perfect work-life balance.
✨ $3000 Travel Allowance: We’ll cover $60 per week for ferry transport to and from Airlie Beach – just a 20-minute ride each way!

About the Role
As a Senior Spa Therapist , you will provide a wide range of luxurious treatments – from relaxing massages and soothing facials to revitalizing body wraps and exfoliating scrubs . You’ll offer expert advice on skincare, build lasting relationships with our guests, and drive retail sales, all while working in an oasis of tranquility!

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: You have a background in a high-end spa environment , with expertise in massage, facials, and body treatments and a minimum Diploma qualification.

• Organizational Skills: You thrive in maintaining a pristine and welcoming spa environment, ensuring seamless appointment management.
