About the ROLE: We are looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our very busy and growing firm, who will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:
- Secretarial / administration support
- Collating mostly Tax Returns, some Business Activity Statements, formatting documents, proof reading, editing
- Reception relief
- Liaising with clients via email, phone, in person
- Liaising with the ATO
- ASIC Annual Renewals, changes to company information
- General database maintenance
- General and ad-hoc administration duties
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Ideally you will have had experience in a public practice accounting firm , and possess the following:
- A motivated, mature and proactive attitude
- Keen eye, with attention to detail
- Be able to work autonomously, taking ownership of the role
- Present professionally at all times
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Experience with Fusedocs, MYOB PM, AO/AE, Nimbus, BGL360 & CAS360, is an advantage
