Service Manager:
Wyatt Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Service Manager/Adviser with at least 5 years previous experience to join our family owned business in The Gap.
Responsibilities :

Create and maintain strong customer relationships

Reception phone calls, email bookings & customer service
-
Organizing and handing out repair orders to technicians.
-
Call customers with service, repairs and quoting updates
-
Work with our technicians to achieve target daily productivity
-
Ensure a safe, clean working environment for staff and customers
-
Tracking daily work and updating required spreadsheets.

Daily and monthly KPI reports to Operation Manager
