About the Role:
Ageing Australia’s Consultancy Service provides tailored support and advice to aged care providers, empowering them to deliver high quality care to older Australians. As a key member of the Consultancy team, the Project Coordinator, Consultancy will assist in coordinating consultancy projects, providing exceptional administrative services and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering the following key outcomes:

Applying strong project management practices to optimise consultant capacity and ensure timely delivery of consultancy projects.

Responding to consultancy enquiries in a timely and professional manner, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs.

Assisting in the development of project proposals and plans.

Supporting the coordination of project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeframe, budget, and reporting requirements.

Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Consultancy Program.

Maintaining accurate program and project records, and assist in managing, analysing, and providing program and project performance data.

Coordinating internal and external communications, meetings, and represent Ageing Australia as required.
To be successful you possess:

Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience that supports the delivery of Ageing Australia Consultancy initiatives.

Highly developed project management skills and experience, with demonstrated success in coordinating project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to use initiative, develop effective solutions and attend to multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience in high level administration/operational support and data management.

Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Excellent oral and written communication with the capability to form strong working relationships with colleagues and build credibility and rapport with stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge and user skills in Microsoft Office Suite and tools to generate process improvements.

Strong work ethic and work history that would evidence commitment to Ageing Australia values and a genuine passion for aged care.
