Description:
The Project Coordinator, Operational Continuity plays a crucial role in supporting both internal stakeholders (e.g. Venue Operations) and external stakeholders (e.g. State Sporting Organisations) to ensure seamless service delivery during major project work.
The role involves developing a deep understanding of user requirements, programming, and dependencies prior to works commencing and ensuring strategies and solutions are developed for business continuity and risk mitigation.
The Project Coordinator, Operational Continuity collaborates across the organisation, and with a variety of external stakeholders, to ensure processes are in place to minimise the impact and any downtime during works.
The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program. The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent. Some work outside of normal hours will be required. This role requires a working with children check.
