Located in Kidman Park, Food Services (FS) provide all meals to 11 of our South Australian homes. Through FS’ quality controlled and HACCP monitored and approved environment, we ensure there is consistency in the quality of meals being delivered to our residents.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administration Assistant to join our team at Kidman Park on a permanent part time basis working 60 hours a fortnight,

Reporting to the General Manager- Food Services, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administration support to the business
  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing customers
  • Preparing and finalising end of month reporting
  • Maintaining HACCP documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, minutes and action items
  • Understanding and complying with WHS policies and procedures

To be successful, you will have

  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a NDIS workers check
  • Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
  • Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
