Description:
Location: Serpentine
Contract Start: Early April
Pay rate: $40-50 per hour plus super dependent on experience level
Hours: Full time 38 hours per week
Suitable candidates must have:
Essential:
* Minute taking
* Secretarial/administration experience
* Following up action items
* Calendar and email management
* Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
* Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and communicating Business Strategy to the wider business
* Assisting with the preparation of documents
* Ad hoc team admin support as needed
* High level computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
* Excellent word processing and typing skills
Desirable:
* Exposure to local Government
