What You’ll Be Doing
Admin & Office Support
Keep the office humming—managing emails, scheduling, invoicing, and supplier coordination.
Maintain accurate job records, compliance documents, and safety paperwork.
Assist with procurement of materials and office essentials.
HR & People Management
Support recruitment—posting job ads, screening candidates, and onboarding new team members.
Manage payroll, timesheets, and leave requests.
Keep employee records up to date and ensure compliance with Fair Work and WHS regulations .
Organize training, certifications, and licenses required for our tradies.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Admin & HR experience in the trade industry (construction, electrical, plumbing, or similar).
✔ Knowledge of Australian employment laws & WHS compliance .
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience using Microsoft Office, payroll systems, and HR platforms .
