Role details
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing a high-quality business support service to the ESB as a member of the Corporate Services Team. This will include a broad range of duties to support the development, implementation and evaluation of a suite of employee lifecycle strategies in accordance with relevant policies, standards and guidelines as directed by the Manager Corporate Services.
About you
As an experienced human resources professional, you will use your knowledge and skills to provide a range of human resource functions including human resource related projects to assist the organisation meet identified business outcomes.
You will be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment with an ability to manage competing demands and achieve results.
With attention to detail, the suitable candidate will analyse information, exercise sound initiative, and develop and implement appropriate and effective solutions or process improvements.

The Education Standards Board is located in the CBD in modern office facilities close to public transport and Rundle Mall. We employ approximately 40 staff.

Special conditions
Term vacancy up to 24 months
