About the role
Be a change catalyst and bring your ideas to life! A unique opportunity has arisen within our dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) team for a creative, curious and passionate Learning and Development Consultant on a flexible permanent part time basis (30 hours per week), at our Modern and spacious office in beautiful West Perth.
It’s all about innovation and service delivery! Create fresh, well informed and reflective learning material utilising a broad range of delivery methods to bring capability uplift and inspiration to MercyCare employees. You’ll not only plan, drive and deliver high quality corporate training programs and orientations, you will ensure best practice in managing the processes and systems that underpin them, to ensure legislative and organisational requirements are achieved.
About you
You will bring infectious energy coupled with a passion for Learning and Improvement, and be an inventive ‘out of the box’ thinker with the ability to convey your ideas to learning material and programs designed to engage, whilst being informative.
Supported by prior relevant experience in a similar Advisor level role within Learning and Development, you’ll have excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with ease across all levels of the organisation, with a natural flare for understanding your target audience and delivering accordingly.
Your attention to detail and aptitude for systems and data will see you maintain quality training records compliant with MercyCare process and legislative requirements.
Along with this, you’ll also have:
- Tertiary qualification in Adult Education, Learning Development or similar
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Social Science or leadership is advantageous
- Experience in the needs’ identification, planning, and execution of workplace learning
- Proven effectiveness in the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D interventions
- Exposure across LMS management system, eLearning SCORM authoring tools such as Rise, Articulate, and other computer applications is highly desirable
- Experience in coordinating leadership development programs
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
- Drivers License
