About Us: Project Growth is a disability support company dedicated to providing high-quality care to young males across Ballarat and Melbourne. We specialise in Group Programs and offer both in-person support and flexible options. Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support, fostering independence, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. We have a base in both Ballarat and Melbourne, and our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.

Position: Administrative and Compliance Officer

Location:

Flexible work options available.

Work remotely or from our Ballarat or Melbourne offices.

Site visits required for compliance purposes in both locations (fuel costs covered).

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance:

Oversee Project Growth's support processes and ensure full compliance with NDIS regulations.

Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance standards are met in both Ballarat and Melbourne.

Administration:

Handle invoicing, reconciliation, and assist with pay runs (basic task, accountant will assist with details).

Manage employee hours and timesheets, ensuring accurate processing.

Rostering:

Collaborate with the directors to roster staff for group programs, 1:1 shifts, and other client-specific requirements.

Fill in for holidays, sick days, and any last-minute staffing changes.

Day-to-Day Office Administration:

Send incident reports and respond to basic emails.

Work closely with directors on various administrative tasks.

Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary between $60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience.

Flexible hours between 30 – 40 hours per week, with opportunities for expansion.

Work-from-home options available, with two office locations in Ballarat and Melbourne.

Phone and laptop provided for work purposes.

Fuel reimbursement for travel on site visits.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in administrative roles, compliance, and rostering within the disability sector or a similar field.

Knowledge of NDIS regulations and experience in ensuring compliance.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Experience with invoicing and reconciling, and general office administration duties.
