Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager or Sales person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with referral partners. You will work closely with these partners to attract new property management opportunities to Coronis' expanding rent roll. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close agreements will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and source new opportunities for a pipeline of new business property management leads
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with real estate agents, property developers, brokers, and other key referral partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for referral partners and their clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding the needs of potential clients and referral partners.
- Drive the acquisition of new property management contracts, ensuring growth in Coronis' rent roll.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new managements and provide the highest level of service to clients.
- Track performance, measure KPIs, and report on business development activities to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance Coronis’ presence and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and Nurture Referral Partner Relationships:
Establish and cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key referral partners. Your goal is to become their trusted partner for property management services, ensuring that Coronis is top of mind when they have clients in need of expert property management solutions. - Provide Ongoing Support and Communication:
Actively engage with referral partners through regular check-ins, meetings, and updates to maintain open lines of communication. Offer personalized support, tailored to the unique needs of each partner, while keeping them informed about new services, market trends, and successful outcomes with Coronis. By being highly responsive and offering valuable insights, you’ll foster long-term, loyal partnerships. - Tailored Partnership Strategies:
Work closely with each referral partner to understand their business goals, challenges, and client profiles. Develop customized partnership strategies that align with their objectives while creating value for both parties. Whether it’s assisting with specific client needs, providing training, or offering special incentives, your approach will be centred on creating win-win scenarios.
Coronis has a training framework which is proven. All you need to do is follow the processes with enthusiasm and energy.
There is no Real Estate experience required, however experience in Business Development or Sales will be helpful.

OTE $200,000 + for the top performers in this role.
ABOUT YOU:
-The successful candidate will have:
-Experience in a Business Development or sales-based role or a love of sales
-Phone prospecting experience and a love of talking to people
-Self-motivated, passionate, and ambitious
-Experience in a customer service role and negotiation
-You must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate certificate
