About You

  • A strong sales track record with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow revenue in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
  • Business acumen; experience in strategic planning, account management, and understanding financial metrics.
  • Industry knowledge; ideally you will have experience in hydraulics, manufacturing or a related industrial field.
  • Leadership & mentorship skills; to help with developing team sales knowledge.
  • Relationship builder, with the ability to develop and nurture client/distributor relationships, as well as maintain key accounts.
  • Self-motivated and results driven; you will thrive on hitting targets and growing market share.
  • Process-oriented; able to implement structured sales strategies, CRM use and reporting to improve efficiency.
