Continued growth sees our packages and retail broking team looking for an engaging and enthusiastic administrator to support their daily operations. Assisting brokers in processing insurance applications, managing client communication and day to day administrative tasks you will be given a unique opportunity to learn about the broking industry from the ground up.

With opportunities to build upon your existing knowledge, this position offers a pathway to advance into Account Management roles, with a supportive environment focused on your continuing professional growth.

Your new role

Supporting our team of brokers your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for inbound communication via phone and email, providing information on policy status and documentation requirements to clients and underwriters
  • Assisting brokers in preparing and processing insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements
  • Maintaining up to date client records and policy documentation
  • Supporting the issuance, modification, and cancellation of insurance policies as directed
  • Monitoring and managing the team email inbox and workflow spreadsheets

What you will bring to the team

Our ideal candidate will enjoy the opportunity to use their initiative, self-start and proactively contribute to the growth and development of the team. Not afraid to pick up the phone, they will have the ability to quickly build rapport with our clients through their friendly demeanour.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Tier 1 Compliance
  • Previous experience in insurance administration, underwriting assistance, or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance software systems.
  • Understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements.
