As the Admissions/Enrolment Officer, you will be responsible for the coordination and ongoing administration, this includes general administration tasks, managing the course applications, ensuring students meet eligibility requirements, monitor enrolments, process registrations and organise assessments all with the help of the Education Assistant. Our open, collaborative and quality-driven culture inspires learners and staff to excel. We are seeking an Admissions/Enrolment Officer to join our Brisbane (Slacks Creek) campus immediately. You will be responsible for: · Maintenance and accuracy of student filing system from application to the point of enrolment. · Maintain administrative processes that allow self and others to accurately deliver a high standard of service and/or provide information to relevant stakeholders within Atlantic expectations. · Responding professionally, accurately and in a timely manner to phone and email enquiries regarding courses and admission requirements to internal and external customers as well as providing administrative support to staff when required · Communicate and assist with enquiries & requests from applicants and agents. · Process applications (Letters of Offer (LOO) and Confirmations of Enrolment (COE), deferrals, cancellations, Genuine temporary Entrant (GTE) assessment) for local and international students, including liaising with academic and compliance team for assessment, ensuring timely turnaround from application to point of enrolment. · Maintaining student records on PRISMS and issuing CoE documents in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with relevant legislation and Atlantic policies · Provide comprehensive and authoritative advice to prospective and enrolled international and domestic students, in relation to Atlantic and Government policies, such as ESOS. · Use of CRM system to its full capacity, including issuance of documents and reporting requirements. · Assist with the development of policy and procedures and updates of Admissions User Manual within the department. A bit about you: We are seeking someone with experience in Student Services, Admissions or Education Coordination with a high level of administrative skills.
