The Opportunity:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our food offering. If you're passionate about crafting delicious menus, mentoring a talented brigade, and delivering top-notch dining experiences, this is your chance to shine!
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Experience – 5+ years as a Head Chef, ideally in a high-volume, country-style venue.
- Leadership & Mentorship – A strong, hands-on leader who can train, inspire, and build a great kitchen culture.
- Creative Flair – Passion for menu development, high-quality presentation, and innovation.
- Operational Know-How – Expertise in menu costing, rostering, stock control, and compliance.
