Schedule: 8-hour shift
- Culinary Expertise - Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and food presentation.

- Attention to Detail - Precision in food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard.
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
- Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Australia (preferred).
