We are seeking a friendly, well presented, detail-oriented team member with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

The following qualities are necessary for success in this role:

  • Excellent attention to detail;

  • Impeccable time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines;

  • Strong numerical, written and phone communication skills;

  • Previous office experience in a professional business environment including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred;

  • Experience in a financial planning business using industry software and performing tasks in a client administration role, (however we are prepared to train the right person);

  • Self-motivated, with an enthusiasm to learn and a positive can-do attitude;

  • Keen to contribute to a small team and work smart to improve business practices; and

  • You will be seeking long term stable employment.

Your role responsibilities will include:

  • A primary focus on the clerical administration and processing of client and business documents;

  • Be the initial point of contact via phone for clients and external business partners;

  • Accurate implementation of advice documents and following through to completion, to ensure a compliant advice process; and

  • A salary based on skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

A current national police and credit check will be required on the successful candidate and all expressions of interest will remain confidential.
