The following qualities are necessary for success in this role:

Excellent attention to detail;

Impeccable time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines;

Strong numerical, written and phone communication skills;

Previous office experience in a professional business environment including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred;

Experience in a financial planning business using industry software and performing tasks in a client administration role, (however we are prepared to train the right person);
-
Self-motivated, with an enthusiasm to learn and a positive can-do attitude;
-
Keen to contribute to a small team and work smart to improve business practices; and
-
You will be seeking long term stable employment.
Your role responsibilities will include:

A primary focus on the clerical administration and processing of client and business documents;
-
Be the initial point of contact via phone for clients and external business partners;
-
Accurate implementation of advice documents and following through to completion, to ensure a compliant advice process; and
-
A salary based on skills and experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
A current national police and credit check will be required on the successful candidate and all expressions of interest will remain confidential.
