About the Role
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks by being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
- Manage workload appropriately by prioritising tasks and ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
