About this Role:
As Reception and Student Admin Support, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective reception function of the College.
You will enjoy providing a high level of service and support to students, staff and the community along with front reception desk operations.
In this role you will:

Management of day to day front reception desk operations

Assisting students, staff and visitors to the Campus

General office duties to support the Campus

Assist with accurate School attendance records and reporting

Managing School volunteer applications and register
-
Support School events, as required
This is a Full-Time / Term Time role, 5 days per week during school terms only .
About you :
-
Prior customer service experience
-
Prior busy reception experience in a School setting
-
Be highly organised with a successful track record in prioritising requests and managing workflows
-
You will have a clear sense of calling to do Christian mission within the College context and the ability to model Christ to students, community, and staff
-
Have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organisational structure

Be a committed team player.
