We are seeking a motivated, well organised Junior with exposure in a similar role and a passion for continuous learning and growth to join our Head Office team & are offering a full-time position working 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

This role will cover in-house IT Support, Admin and Special Projects functions. It will provide the suitable candidate the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas and projects across the business with responsibilities including but limited to;

  • Provide Levels 1 – 2 IT support, with relevant escalations to the IT Administrator when required.
  • Assist in the enrolment of staff onto Group systems.
  • Coordinate the repair and replacement of IT equipment according to pre-established maintenance or warranty contracts.
  • Maintain the asset register.
  • Reporting and data analysis on multiple key areas of the business
  • Documentation creation & maintenance
  • Maintain the online Learning Management System
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as requested.
