About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for people and culture? We're looking for a Workforce Administrator to support our People & Culture (P&C) department, focusing on Talent Acquisition (TA). In this role, you'll streamline recruitment and support key P&C functions, playing a vital role in securing top talent and enhancing the employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced and supportive team.
This position is open to candidates from all Grampians Health locations, including Ballarat, Dimboola, Edenhope, Horsham, and Stawell .
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing employment contracts and manage contract variations.
- Process and monitor pre-employment checks, including immigration paperwork.
- Ensure new employees are onboarded correctly and efficiently including maintenance of payroll systems.
- Providing general support to managers, employees and candidates throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle.
- Coordinating and monitoring job advertisements as needed
- Support the wider P&C team with general administration tasks as needed.
- Handling incoming P&C related queries via phone and email
What We're Looking For
- Experience in administration, ideally within a Recruitment or People & Culture team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and supportive approach.
- Well develop computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles.
- A qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources (or a commitment to working towards one) is highly regarded but not essential.
