Reporting directly to our Head of People and Culture, this is a high-impact role where you'll help bring our culture vision to life, working alongside leaders to embed meaningful change across our business.

This is your chance to:

  • Be embedded in the business, working closely with leaders to deliver meaningful people outcomes.
  • Own and drive high-impact initiatives, including a full EVP refresh and cultural programs.
  • Play a lead role in driving transformation as we work towards a more connected, inclusive and values-led workplace.
  • Get stuck into all aspects of the people function — from strategy to day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders across the business to provide expert advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, development, and change management.
  • Lead and drive key people initiatives, including the transformation of RFG’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), culture programs, and leadership capability frameworks.
  • Coach and guide leaders through employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and best practice approaches.
  • Support cultural transformation, working closely with the Head of People and Culture to embed values, behaviours, and initiatives that enhance engagement and alignment.
  • Deliver HR projects across areas such as onboarding, employee experience, reward and recognition, and internal communication, ensuring they are meaningful and fit-for-purpose.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent and people-centred implementation of policies, frameworks, and procedures.
  • Use data and insights to inform recommendations, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement in people processes and outcomes.
  • Act as a change champion, helping leaders and employees navigate change with confidence and clarity.

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and make a genuine impact.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist or business partnering HR role.
  • Proven success leading or supporting culture, engagement, or EVP-related projects.
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment law and experience handling ER matters.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and excited by fast-paced change.
  • Experience in retail, franchising, or hospitality environments is a bonus.
