About the Role As a Site Manager , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations and ensuring safety compliance across multiple residential projects. Reporting directly to the Project Manager , you will oversee the building, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards .
• Manage subcontractors and site employees, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
• Interpret and enforce project drawings and specifications to maintain construction integrity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
• Maintain a daily site diary and assist the Project Manager with cost control and identifying cost-saving opportunities .
• Provide strong leadership to the site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards.

About You:

• A stable career history in the residential construction industry.
• Experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor or Foreman within a reputable company.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Excellent ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organised, motivated, and ethical , with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams .
