About the Role:
As a Dispensary Coordinator at UFS Healthcare , you will:
- Provide leadership and support to the dispensary team
- Ensure the dispensary operates efficiently and effectively
- Deliver high-quality customer service , ensuring a positive experience for our patients and customers.
- Work in a dynamic environment
- Prioritise and manage your workload effectively
- Operate and troubleshoot automation equipment including ROWA
- Effective inventory management
- Coordination of DAA's
This role is based in Ballarat at our Sturt St Pharmacy , and is full time, Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Need:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified with a completed Pharmacy Dispensary Skillet Certificate and/or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary) .
- At least 3 years experience as a Dispensary Technician in an Australian retail/community pharmacy.
- Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
- A people leader.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
- A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing .
