About the Role:
As a Dispensary Technician at UFS Healthcare , you will:
- Support and assist Pharmacists in the day-to-day operations of the Dispensary.
- Deliver high-quality customer service , ensuring a positive experience for our patients and customers.
- Work in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may vary depending on the size and complexity of the pharmacy.
- Prioritise and manage your workload effectively, contributing to the smooth running of the Dispensary.
This role is based in Ballarat , with full-time or part time hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm.
What You’ll Need:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified with a completed Pharmacy Dispensary Skillet Certificate and/or Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy (Dispensary) .
- Has previous experience working in a dispensary setting.
- Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
- A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing .
