About the role

Providing administrative support for the daily and ongoing operational demands of Xavier 10 North.

Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to assist with HR functions/administration and office management.

Good work life balance as the office-based role is Monday - Friday

One additional day off per month and 15% loading on annual leave taken.
About you
-
Demonstrated computer literary and experience using St Vincent's applications including Kronos and Oracle.

Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and by phone).

Experience in working in a health care setting, the ability to be compassionate and demonstrated sensitive approach if/when dealing with patients and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development

Ability to work autonomously, whilst managing own workload and meeting deadlines effectively.
