About the role
In this role, you will be required to lead and oversee long-term mine planning to strategically align operations with business objectives and project lead the transition and implementation of any mining assets secured by the Bloomfield Group. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive the implementation of mining development projects, delivering on time, within scope and on budget.

About You
You will have extensive experience in long-term mine planning and development within the mining industry and a proven track record in project management, including planning, execution and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will have a qualification in Geology, Mining Engineering (or equivalent).
The successful candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills and experience in leading or collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive project success. Established familiarity with approvals, tenures and regulatory framework related to mining operations is preferred.
If you have strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication and negotiating skills and a background in geology with experience in resource modelling and geological assessment then this could be the ideal opportunity for you to bring your skills and join our team.
