Join our client as a Manager, Research Implementation and Social Impact , and help shape the future of our services for women in our community.
About the Role

As the Manager, Research Implementation and Social Impact , you will play a pivotal role in integrating research and best practices into programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring meaningful, data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with the internal program and lived experience team, and external evaluation partners to build a strong framework for knowledge translation and impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate research and best practices into actionable strategies.
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and data collection methods to assess program effectiveness.
  • Communicate program outcomes, successes, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to ensure knowledge is effectively applied.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and proactively implement solutions.
What We’re Looking For:

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in health, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in research, knowledge translation, and program implementation.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and using data for program improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management experience.
  • High-level communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commitment to feminist and social justice principles
Desirable:
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Fluency in a language other than English.
  • Experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disabilities, and those from multicultural backgrounds.
