About the Role
As the Manager, Implementation and Impact, you will play a pivotal role in integrating research and best practices into programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring meaningful, data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with the internal program and lived experience team, and external evaluation partners to build a strong framework for knowledge translation and impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Translate research and best practices into actionable strategies.✔ Develop and implement evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and data collection methods to assess program effectiveness.✔ Communicate program outcomes, successes, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders.✔ Build relationships with researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to ensure knowledge is effectively applied.✔ Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.✔ Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and proactively implement solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
Qualifications in health, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, or a related field.Proven experience in research, knowledge translation, and program implementation.Expertise in designing and implementing evaluation frameworks and using data for program improvement.Strong leadership and management experience.High-level communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.Commitment to feminist and social justice principles
Desirable:
Experience in the not-for-profit sector.Fluency in a language other than English.Experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disabilities, and those from multicultural backgrounds.
