What You Bring:
Lindsay Transport has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Administration Supervisor to lead our administration team in Coffs Harbour.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role is crucial in ensuring efficient administrative operations, compliance, and team performance.
- Proven Administrative Experience – Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role.
- Industry Knowledge – Experience in transport or logistics preferred.
- Leadership & Team Management – Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Availability & Flexibility – Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends as required.
- Strong Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills – High-level reasoning and superior planning abilities
- Team Supervision & Performance Management – Oversee administrative staff to ensure performance expectations are met and established systems of work are followed.
- Manifesting, Debriefing & Pricing – Ensure all relevant data is captured and appropriate charges are raised.
- Roster Preparation – Allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
- Pallet Control – Process all transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Financial Reconciliation – Manage cash sales, petty cash accounts, and banking preparation.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution – Action customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
