Description:

We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to support our Technology, Strategy, Member and Community, and Transformation functions. In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing both operational and strategic priorities while providing expert support to managers at all levels.

You'll leverage your strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to become a trusted advisor. You'll join a supportive and inclusive People and Culture team that values your ideas and contributions from day one.

Please note this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders on performance, development, capability, and employee relations.
  • Partner with our passionate HR team to enhance culture and employee experience through efficient and empowering processes.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to influence organisational decisions and manage complex employee situations.
  • Deliver clear and informative HR updates at leadership meetings.
  • Provide leaders with accurate people metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Support the wider HRBP team as required

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a complex, medium-sized business.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with management at all levels.
  • Confidence in managing diverse employee relations matters.
  • Experience leading workplace change, including restructures and change management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to present HR data and insights effectively to leadership.
