About your RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rental Coordinator to join our high performing Construction Industry team, located at our Cairns or Townsville branch. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to provide support to the Rental Account Representative for our rental fleet.
Reporting to the Manager - Rental, you will be required to:
- Raise accurate and thorough rental contracts
- Manage area rentals; review and action monthly invoicing schedule
- Engage Vendors to complete transport of rental machines
- Engage Rental Service Department to complete fleet pre- and post-rent machine checks
- Support Rental Account Representative - Submit quotes for hire of equipment
- Follow up rental enquiries and liaise with customers
About You
You will have previous experience in a similar Rental Coordination role in the DRY hire rental business, ideally within the earthmoving industry. You will have exceptional customer service skills, high attention to detail and positive attitude!
