Description:
As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support across a general range of HR activities across our stores and corporate locations in Asia Pacific (APAC). Reporting to the Senior HR Director and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

Manage day-to-day aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and workplace investigations

Provide expertise, support, and guidance on HR matters

Manage the HR inbox and all enquiries in line with our processes

Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy

Create and manage employment documentation and reporting

Advise the Payroll team on payroll-related matters in accordance with our HR policies and processes

Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and best HR practices

Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team

Support and execute HR projects as required
Requirements:
-
3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience with a focus on Employee Relations

Sound knowledge of the Australian and industrial instruments, including industry standards and HR best practices. New Zealand employment law knowledge preferred.

Experience with HR & Payroll processes & systems

Experience within fast paced commercial environment

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment
